Securing Rest Interface wowza

Hi we are evaluatin rest inteface for our stream solution. How can we secure rest interface with token authentication with wowza. Please advice this is critical

Currently we support basic and digest authentication and you can couple that over SSL. I will pass your suggestion on to our product management team for review.
