Need wowza videochat capture frames as images (jpg)

I need help in this proyect.

Capture frames as image every 200ms and publish them in client side.

I know there is this module: Custom module to create single frame snapshots of live and VOD stream

But i need help in implementing the capture every 200ms and , encoding to jpg and send it to client playback.
