Hello there and welcome to the Wowza support forum.
According to this forum thread, Wowza can distribute a 360 degree stream, but the affect is a combination of capture, post production steps (stitching) and a customized player.
I have not heard anything newer then this at this time. I may be wrong and someone from support may have other information to share.
Another option might be to post a request to the find a consultant forum and see what options turn up.
