suggestion: among the Stream Targets (pushpublishing), add Livestream.
This is a popular platform which uses authentication to its platform so it is impossible to push standard rtmp (no rtmp ingest address is ever given).
But some third-party encoders can be used (wirecast, xsplit …) so maybe wowza can implement that (this would presumeably require some sort of agreement with Livestream).

We have an update in our documentation regarding Livestream support.
Thanks Kevin; my request was about the new livestream platform. And I should correct the initial post by noting that the only encoders supported on new platform are Livestream’s owns + a few hardware but not wirecast nor xsplit (which support only original platform where rtmp is not locked).
