Hello!

How set more logIn security to WSE Manager? Case: localhost biding or IP address logging (from login attempts, brute force)

I don’t turn off WSE Manager for security feel.

Regards,

Luis

Hi,

A PC which is not the local host must be in the [IP White List](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-install-and-configure-wowza-streaming-engine#whitelist).

You could remotely log in to the server Wowza server to turn on the WSEM when you want to use it and then use the PC which has the IP address listed in the white list.

You can then turn off the Manager and Wowza Streaming Engine will remain running after you have done the configuration you wanted.

Please see the instruction for [Starting Wowza Streaming Engine Manager](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-install-and-configure-wowza-streaming-engine#startManager)

Jason
