# Wowza Video download has no audio when downloaded

Thank you so much for having me here, please i try to download VOD from Wowza Video and it comes with no audio, how do i get this fixed please

@Scott_Timothy I would recommend creating a Support ticket to further investigate on the “why” audio is not there and to see if there’s a way to restore the audio.

They will need to know the VOD asset id or the live stream id that it came from.
