# Wowza Streaming Streaming engine is not installed. But not able to access via url

Installed Wowsa streaming server to Windows server. Tried accessing the server via [https://localhost:1935/serverversion](https://localhost:1935/serverversion) . But not able to access. Any pointers will be helpfull.

Sure happy to try and help. Can you tell me which version of Engine and also what version of Java you are using? The most recent Engine version requires Java 11.

Let’s start here for troubleshooting to see if it installed correctly:

B. \*\*If you can't login to Engine Manager, please try these tips.\*\*

C. **Check your server and Java requirements:**

**D. Make sure your license is valid and bound to your IP correctly Including SSL.**

I doubt you can access **localhost** over **https** like that.
