# Wowza Streaming Engineer SSL renew not working

Hi Sir  
We have been pushed the SSL renew button, but we cannot get new certificate after few days. How to fix it?

Hi @James_Lin my understanding is that can happen if the certificate already expired, but that may not be your situation. I don’t have access to your private account info, but the SSL cert renewal is handled by the customer support team.

You’ll need to email them at [customerservice@wowza.com](mailto:customerservice@wowza.com).

They can assist you with any issues related to your SSL certificate. Thanks.
