# Wowza Streaming Engine Reporting Tool issue

Dear support,

i have an issue related to the reporting tool: most of the data are retrived around 4:00 AM (there was no live stream) and during the live streaming timing there is no data.

The report seems to be “bugged”. i’ve tried different time ranges and types but i have always the same problem as per below image.

Are you continuing to experience this issue?

If so, can you provide further information about your Wowza software and the system it is running on:

1. Wowza version

2. OS version

3. How Wowza is ingesting the source stream (push or pull)
