# Wowza Streaming Engine installed but browser page not working

I have installed Wowza Streaming Engine in PC.Once the installation completes then browser page will open usaually but for me it was not open. Please do let me what would be the issues

Hi,

Can you please check if you see both WowzaStreamingEngine and WowzaStreamingEngineManager services are started?

Hi,

When you say “then browser page will open usaually but for me it was not open.”

What does that mean?

Does it open somewhere else, in another browser? Or do you mean it just opens some of

the time?

If since this is a PC, there could be a firewall running. If so you could try to disable this while testing.
