Hello there and welcome to the Wowza support forum.
Can you please explain what you mean by “Wowza is not working”?
Can you start Wowza in stand-alone mode and see any errors in the console logs?

I suggest opening a support ticket by following the [steps outlined here](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket)
Please send along your **/conf** and **/log** folders to the support team when opening a ticket.

i am install wowza done run port 1935 and 8088 work but im am install visichat site not work connect filed
