# Wowza heap memory issue using EC2 in Amazon

I have a live application which I am having a issue with wowza heap memory in m1.xlarge EC2, after some hours with two streams and 1 active connection, the memory heap overflow and the stream stops, sometimes the stream stop work without the memory overflow.

The wowza server are configured in production level and i am using nDVR to record the last 6 hours.

Hi jovani,

To review your issue further, please send a support request to support@wowza.com from an email address that is designated as a valid support contact. Please include the following in your request:

1. A zip copy of your [install-dir]/conf and [install-dir]/logs folders

2. A Java [heap dump](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-create-a-java-heap-dump-on-wowza-media-server) and [stack trace](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-create-a-java-stack-trace-on-wowza-media-server).
