# Wowza charged me extra

My bill for wowza is $65 a month they charged $65 extra how to contact wowza.

Hello there.

Did you happen to have two servers running Wowza at the same time? You will be charged for each “instance” of Wowza that is running.

You can email billing@wowza.com with billing questions.

I had it running for 2 minutes as I was changing servers! I have contacted that email still no reply, I am very temped to dispute the payment hopefully wowza will reply.

Been well over 36 hours and still no reply! I will wait for 12 more hours or I think I might as well have to dispute not happy with wowza support being lazy.
