# Wowza 3.6.4 not working with IP camera H265

I have Wowza 3.6.4 and IP camera H.265. I can’t get video out. I have read several posts on this subject but all are related to Wowza 4.x.

I would ask answer as soon as possible and guidelines for a solution if there is any.

I received a response from the technical service on e-mail:
Hi Gordan,
Support for version h.265 was only added in version 4 of our product. Do try creating a trial instance with the latest version and test with this instead.
