# Wovza on Ubuntu server - problem with streaming

I have installed Wovza Stream Engine on Ubuntu server. I have access to the server through internal and external IP. I can stream RTSP through internal IP, but can’t do that through external IP.

Ports 554, 8088, 8086, 1935 are opened for external connection.

Does anyone have any ideas what shall I fix in order to have ability to stream through external IP address?

I would suggest opening all of the [following ports](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-install-and-configure-wowza-streaming-engine#openPorts) to start (note 1935 and 8087 as well as others).
