I am looking for someone who can assist me in creating a web workflow using PHP in which a user on a webpage can upload and mp3/mp4 and the links to access this file (iOS, Android and Web) is stored in a MySQL database. Files will be stored on Amazon S3 and Wowza runs from an Amazon EC2 instance. The database and such is stored on a separate server.

Hi,

I have already a similar solution working, called Ingrex. If you’re interested, I can show you the solution and explain how it works, then implement it for you, optionally with some adjustments to perfectly fit your needs. Please contact me on Skype (ID: karelboek) or by email.

Kind Regards,

It is not a bid deal for me to do it, too.
