# Where is the Adobe Flash Editor ?

Hi,

Env. Eclipse Indigo, Wowza plugin, Flash Builder 4.6 plugin

Wowza IDE 2: User’s Guide page 12 under Module testing says “Launch the Flash editor and open the file”

When the MyFirstModule.fla file is opened in Eclispse the following error is displayed:

“Windows cannot find ‘Flash’. Make sure you typed the name correctly…”

Window|Preferences|File Associations

.fla Adobe Flash Editor (default)

Do I need to install an editor or configure eclispe?

You need Flash CS to edit .fla file. There is not a Flex version of that example.
