# Where do I retrieve my license key?

I purchased the $55 pay as you go license for my EC2 based Wowza server.

Got a receipt from Wowza and PayPal.

Did not receive a license.

Logged into my account on [wowza.com](http://wowza.com) and see no where obvious where my license might be stored.

Where do I go to get my license?

Hello,

It is possible that the confirmation email from Wowza was caught by your junk email filter. Please check your junk email/spam folders to be sure it’s not there.

If you continue to experience problems, please send an email to billing@wowza.com. Provide reference to the email address used when you made the purchase and any other confirmation data that you have received.
