The issue seems to lie with the main streaming services, such as Facebook and YouTube. From what I can see, encoding a player into a website seems to play normally, but the additional outbound services continuously loop the first 40 or so seconds after they have been streamed.

I’m trying to help someone who’s using the service, so I can get any information necessary but I‘m not adept with wowza myself.

Did you solve this issue @Christian Alexander?

Would you like to send us a free support ticket and our engineers can figure out what’s going on? They can replicate and test so you can get this resolved quickly. You can submit it here:

Could save you more time and headaches. We have the testing tools with FB and You Tube Live to quickly identify why it’s looping like that. We partner with them and have more access to the API’s then you maybe would.

I’d love to see you get this figured out. 🙂

I did not manage to figure it out. I’ve been looking around for information, but it’s hard to find a place to start.
