# When refererValidateAllowBlankReferers property is true It overrides the domains listed in refererValidateReferers property

Hi,

I followed instructions at [How to control access to your application by checking referer domain (RefererValidate)](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-control-access-to-your-application-by-checking-referer-domain-modulereferervalidate) and installed the RefererValidate module. Everything works fine except when i set refererValidateAllowBlankReferers property to true.

When refererValidateAllowBlankReferers property is true It overrides the domains listed in refererValidateReferers property.The module becomes useless.It allows all domains. I want to restrict my stream only for domains listed in refererValidateReferers property plus the ones with blank referers. Is this a bug? Version :4.7

The following log is seen: Session referer is empty and blank referers allowed. Allowing connection - - - 6951.646 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
