When I setup a stream I can give it a start date and time.

I notice that I do not have to start the stream straight away.

When do the hours for streaming charges actually start. Is it when you press start stream or once you have configured a stream.

If I were to know that an event were to start in 2 days time, could I configure a stream properties and start the stream just before that time and only be billed for the time since it was started - or does it start when you setup a stream
