# What is the optimal vod storage type?

I’m using several edge servers with loadbalancer, streaming 22TB vod library for over 2000 users, what is the optimal storage type to use? NFS, clusters, etc… my main concern

We typically recommend using Wowza’s MediaCache for storage @Tony Asmar and this works especially well with edge servers.
