# what is better way for stream file connection

Dear,

I have 100 incoming sources of ip cameras.

Please let me know which is better way in setting stream file, application and application instance.

I think I can do it two way after configuring all stream file for 100 camera.

One is connecting some camera to application by location.

The other is connecting all 100 camera in live application with application instance by location.

Which is good for managing and also for performance ?

You can do it both ways. If you separate the applications, you can individualize the streams for stats purposes and also can custom each, if needed, and not effect the other streams.
