What is onPlay and Stop in the Java API?

I have noticed that onPlay/onStop execute for RTMP and RTSP.

It is a little bit confused since there is IRTSPActionNotify ([https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-use-the-irtspactionnotify-interface-to-listen-for-rtsp-stream-events](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-use-the-irtspactionnotify-interface-to-listen-for-rtsp-stream-events)).
