Hello,

Have you requested and configured a StreamLock cert in the VHost.xml file located at:

[install-dir]/conf/VHost.xml

To request a StreamLock cert:

My Account -\> StreamLock

Or alternatively you can create your own SSL Cert: [link to article](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-request-an-ssl-certificate-from-a-certificate-authority)

If having further issues, please open a support case [here](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket) and send the below files over for review:

[install-dir]/conf

[install-dir]/logs

[install-dir]/htdocs

\*Please send a browser debug log of your connection attempts located in Dev Tools copied into a text document.

If you are not sure how to get this information please see the following tutorial.

[https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-create-a-compressed-zip-file-in-windows-os-x-and-linux](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-create-a-compressed-zip-file-in-windows-os-x-and-linux)

If files are too big for email transport (20mb), please send a link to the files.

Regards,

JasonT
