# WebRTC - Firefox ICE failed issue

I’m running the latest version of Wowza Streaming Engine on AWS. WebRTC is working fine except for in Firefox I receive the ICE failed error and don’t recieive audio or video.

What could this be? I’ve seen others on here have this same problem but no resolution so far.
