I have set up my Wowza server followed this article:

[https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-transcode-live-streams-to-webm-for-mpeg-dash-playback](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-transcode-live-streams-to-webm-for-mpeg-dash-playback)

The transcoded stream displayed “Active” in Incoming streams panel, but I can’t play it by any player, even test player of Wowza:

```auto
Status: source stream or file could not be found
```

Here is the access log when i try to play by test player

```auto
I update some screenshots for detail
I’m not sure that RTMP can work with Webm video but it can’t start my stream on Wowza RTMP player panel
![](http://image.prntscr.com/image/8678b42ab39d43b29aa316640b9e37e9.png)
Wowza MPEG-DASH player panel shows me that it can connect to the stream and get some manifests, but no video chunks can display?!
![](http://image.prntscr.com/image/675eee4b127c45c28ad49be4b2036d78.png)
I have tested with Shaka player from this link: [http://shaka-player-demo.appspot.com/demo/](http://shaka-player-demo.appspot.com/demo/) and got the same result. Here is the Chome’s developer tool screen
![](http://image.prntscr.com/image/7170ed2592db4b4d89c9d35722cbe116.png)
I can see that it can get the video chunks but why doesn’t it play back, anybody give me some hints?
Hello,
The WebM transcode should work. I feel it would be best to open a [support case](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket) for an Engineer to further review.
Please add your encoder details, OS version, system specs, and the below conf and logs.
[install-dir]/conf
[install-dir]/logs
[install-dir]/transcoder
[install-dir]/manager/logs
If you are not sure how to get this information please see the following tutorial.
Best,
