# Warning message "Cannot allocate buffer"

Hi

I see following warning messages in my log fil when a stream starts

`TranscoderEncoderFrameBufferAllocation.allocate: Cannot allocate buffer.`

I cannot find any information about this message on the forum, transcoding (mix of beamr/mainconcept) is from what i can see working.

Should it be ignored?

Can you submit a support ticket on this one?

Generally speaking, this message will happen when you incorrectly configured the Transcoder template.
