vod: one video in a series video stops at same spot every time. the place it stops is not high dynamic section so data spike does not make sense. i also 2 servers and it happens on both servers ---

Hi there, can you please provide more detail about your issue? What type of “series” of videos are you talking about, is it ABR? or a playlist? Or something else? What player/players are you experiencing this behavior in? What is are the encoding settings of this trouble video? Salvadore ---

Or something else?_ —\> these are single videos loaded into jw player via an html playlist so essentially just single videos. _What player/players are you experiencing this behavior in?_ —\> jw player _What is are the encoding settings of this trouble video?_ —\> data rate 435.18 kbits/sec —\> other vids with no issues are around 1.64 mbits/sec ---

Yes all vids have same frame size. Also…the problem video plays back with no issues on my desktop ---

To better help troubleshoot this issue, please open a ticket by zipping up your /conf and /logs folders and sending them to support@wowza.com. Please also include a copy of the problem file and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing, along with a link to this thread as reference. Salvadore
