# VOD for  Azure blob storage using media cache

I have mp4 file in azure storage blob .I am trying to use video-on-demand streaming with Wowza Streaming Engine Media Cache on this mp4 file .I am following this guide [https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-scale-video-on-demand-streaming-with-media-cache](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-scale-video-on-demand-streaming-with-media-cache) but this does not work . i am stuck in this step “Playback from a Microsoft Azure source”

Please submit a support ticket where the engineers can look at your configuration and guide you through the steps to configure Media Cache and Azure.

Also: did you check the MediaCache user guide where there are specific examples for Azure urls?
