# Version 3.5.2 Server won't start invalid license - Need Help Urgent

I have wowza 3.52 installed with perpetual license and need to restart server for first time since Dec 12, 2013 and it won’t come up . The logs show the following error. Any help would be aprreciated.

The Wowza Media Systems Software licensing system has determined that your license key is not valid. Please validate that your are using the correct license key. If this problem persists, please visit [https://www.wowza.com/subscriptionsupport.php](https://www.wowza.com/subscriptionsupport.php) for up to date information. - - - 4.368
