# Using AS3.0 to publish a stream.

Hello All,

I have a HTTP Live stream from a client, which i need to publish in wowza server. HTTP feed is h.264 + mp3. I’m trying to achieve this by using AS 3.0. Can we use AS3.0 to capture a simple camera from my laptop and publish that camera stream to Wowza server.

Is that kind of scenario is possible?

You cannot use HTTP input directly in Wowza. You might be able to use VLC in between:
