a remote client has not shut off their stream after 11 hours. I need to force it to stop. How do I do that?

Hi,

You could check out [ModuleTimedDisconnect](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-disconnect-connected-clients-after-a-specified-time-period-moduletimeddisconnect) from our modules collection. It’s relatively simple to implement.

[edit]

Ah I see you are on version 3.5.2. I’m not sure if this module will work with that version, but you could try it out and let us know.

[This module](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-disconnect-idle-flash-rtmp-clients) may offer an alternative solution if they’re Flash clients.

Paul
