# Update smil and video dynamically for vod-http-origin

1. In VOD-http-origin mode , can we update smil dynamically ? If yes then how cache will be updated ? What’s the way to achieve it ? 2. In VOD-http-origin mode , if video file is replaced by another file with same name present in SMIL dynamically , how that will be reflected in cache ? 3. How video streams/chunks/smil is mapped in cache folder ? Can cache be deleted or refreshed ? 4. After updating smil/video file and deleting mediacache folder , changes are not reflected , still streaming old content , how that can be refreshed ?
