Hi I have Wowza Media Server 3 Perpetual Edition 3.6.3 build8031 Installed and being used.

Is it possible to get an update on it so I can use EngineManager supported in version 4?

Hi,

If you’re upgrading 4.0.x to 4.1.0 the license key does not need to be changed.

A Wowza Streaming Engine 4 key will work with all versions of Wowza Streaming Engine 4.

License keys that are issued for Wowza Media Server software won’t work with the Wowza Streaming Engine software. New license keys are required. There is no charge for current Wowza customers to upgrade to Wowza Streaming Engine. Please locate your license type and then go to our [Upgrade webpage](https://www.wowza.com/products/streaming-engine/upgrade) to review our upgrade policies and to request a FREE upgrade.

I am sorry but I am not sure what your question is? Did you request an upgrade and have not heard back from Wowza? Or what exactly do you mean by “any other way to speed up the progress”?
