# Unable to start Wowza Streaming Engine Manager(WSEM)

Hi all.

For some reason, I need to run Wowza Streaming Engine on Docker on my Windows 10. It was all good until I found that WSEM page only shows:

_ **Wowza Streaming Engine 4 for Docker 4.7.5 build21763** _

Nothing but the text.

Then, I tried some commands in console(CMD):

It looks like WSE is fine as a service but not for WSEM.  
I’ve searched this problem for a while but nothing works out so far, is there anyway to force the WSEM up or I don’t really need the manager in this case?  
Any suggestion is grateful, thanks.
