# Unable to log into Wowza Video via Token in Teradek Core

As the title says, Wowza Video token does not work when logging in via a Teradek Core account. I keep getting an error that says, “Performed action caused internal problem.”

We had a bug with the Teradek connection code, which has been since resolved. Please try again and let me know the results.
