I want to upgrade applications from Wowza Media Server 3.6.3 to Wowza Streaming Engine 4.

Hello,

If you are ingesting a stream coming from an IP camera, the application type should be “live”.

The live-repeater application type is being used when an edge Wowza server is connecting to a Wowza origin server.
