I’ll have 4 live streams publishing in my application, but I want only one stream to transcode.

How to choose a specific stream to transcode?

Thank you!

Hi,

The best way to do this is to [setup your transcoder template](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-set-up-and-run-wowza-transcoder-for-live-streaming#templateConfig_heading) so that the incoming stream name matches the template name, then don’t have a fall back template.

This way, only the stream with the stream name that matches will be transcoded.
