# Transcoder Parellel encoding

Hi

I am using Wowza transcoder to transcode my recorded files (H.264 vcodec and speex audio codec). The transcoding is working fine and generates a correct mp4 file with aac codec.

But in case of parallel recording, the transcoding is done only for the first user and there is no mp4 generated for the other users. Am I missing any configuration settings?

Or is that feature not available in the trial version?
