# Thumbnail Generation Issue After Upgrading Wowza from 4.8.5 to 4.8.20

We recently upgraded from Wowza 4.8.5 to 4.8.20 and had previously implemented a functionality that generated thumbnail images with a fixed 16:9 aspect ratio, even when the original stream was not 16:9. However, after upgrading, we found that the methods we had implemented now require a specific resolution ratio, but we do not know what resolution the stream we are receiving will be. Can you assist us in addressing this issue?
