# This video file cannot be played. (Error Code: 232011)

Hello, I have a website with video, tecnotv.es. I recently installed an ssl certificate to the wowza server, whose domain is tvus.es.  
The fact is that through jwplayer I have a playlist programmed in which a header video appears first and then the video itself.  
The error that I get is the following:  
This video file cannot be played.  
(Error Code: 232011)  
Please could you help me?

As far as wowza helping you, we can take a look at your configuration and see what you may need to change, but that can only be done through a [support ticket](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket) where you upload all your files for our review. A wowza engineer can help you identify the cause of the error though.

It is either you did not configure the SSL correctly to the proper port or have a firewall, but yes as you know there is an issue where you cannot mix HTTP with HTTPS for playback

Here is a tutorial for you to follow that may help you properly configure your SSL and avoid that error. If not, please send us a support ticket and we’ll see where the issue is.
