Hi Supporter,

I wannas short the time interval between the failover in order to improve the degree of pleasant for customers. I already know that can setup the property streamTimeout on the Application.xml/MediaCasters/Properties.

What else should i consider to setup in order to reduce the time interval against the failover? Could you please tell me how to setup for the purpose of short-time interval? If you can give me an example, it will be best.

By the way, is there anyting I can setup the times of retry on only one origin when the service is unavailable?

Thank you for your help.

Best Regards,

Robinson

Hello again 🙂

I usually say don’t double post, but here I think I understand what you are asking better:

> This fail over mechanism is meant to handle server failure, it’s not going to be quick.

Hi Richard,

I usually think that the different issue must be posted separately, sorry for that.

Thank you for your help
