Hi, About two weeks ago I want to change the overlay on our live streaming application. So I went to the transcoder add on part in our live streaming application. I changed the image then save it. Then the overlay list gone! I have tried to re-enter the overlay image, but still the list not shown up. Today I just upgrade wowza to 4.0.6 version but still the problem exists. Is anybody kind enough to help me fix this problem? Thank you. ---

Hi, Can you be more specific about what you changed with regard to the image? Did you change to an entirely different image type and size, or change the placement perhaps? Daren ---

Hi, I suggest moving this to a support ticket so we can troubleshoot with more details. Please send an email to support@wowza.com referencing this post’s url and attach zipped [install-dir]/conf, [install-dir]/logs, [install-dir]/transcoder and [install-dir]/manager folders, plus include examples of your overlay images. Include a shared link to files if to big to email. Daren ---

Hi Daren, Thank you for the respond. I changed the filename. The new file has the same size with the previous. The same file format (.png). In my live streaming I add 2 overlays, on the top left is monthly theme and on the top right is organization’s logo. Each month the overlay on the left is changed. Everything is fine until the last update. ---
