# Strobe vs. JWPlayer vs. FlowPlayer

Hi there, All the examples with the Wowza nDVR are given based on the Strobe player. I am not sure if this is the best player or if either JWPlayer or FlowPlayer are better. The support for Strobe from Adobe seems pretty abysmal, so I am wondering if anyone has any experience with the other players in the context of the nDVR. Cheers!

JW Player and Flowplayer do not support Flash HTTP (San Jose) streaming that is necessary for nDVR. You need OSMF player. Wowza has Live and VOD OSMF examples also.

I found this plugin, [http://flowplayer.electroteque.org/httpstreaming](http://flowplayer.electroteque.org/httpstreaming) I don’t test yet, but into the demo page look like works… I hope test this soon.
