# streamlock

I’m enable streamlock and test with jwplayer.

This is my code

rtmps not work, i’m using rtmp is ok.

pls help me.

Hi,

If you follow the instructions described in the articles Salvadore mentioned you will find that you need to use the StreamLock hostname and also you will need to specify the correct port in your playback URL.

For example, your RTMPS playback URL would look something like this:

```auto
rtmps://xxxxxxxx.streamlock.net:443/uschool/_definst_/mp4:2014-2015/LTDH/..............

```

- where “[xxxxxxxx.streamlock.net](http://xxxxxxxx.streamlock.net)” is the hostname that gets generated when your StreamLock certificate is issued

Thank. rtmps is working.

But on some compuetr cannot play stream. if i switch to rtmp is ok.

I think problem is ssl
