# StreamLock not resolve... HLS over SSL

Hi guys, have a problem with the StreamLock.

I have a license for Wowza and need use HLS Over SSL.

I follow the documentation to create and configure StreamLock, but never resolve…

```auto
/usr/local/WowzaStreamingEngine/conf# nslookup 5c93769a0cc5d.streamlock.net
Server: 127.0.0.53
Address: 127.0.0.53#53

** server can't find 5c93769a0cc5d.streamlock.net: NXDOMAIN

```

Hello,

Can you verify there’s not a typo in the hostname? Maybe double check on the [Wowza.com/portal](http://Wowza.com/portal) site. If not, I suggest opening a ticket on this so we can investigate further.

Hi Andrew, is already check on /portal.

I think the problem is something relate a dns or something like this…

Have ping to [streamlock.net](http://streamlock.net) but no [5c93769a0cc5d.streamlock.net](http://5c93769a0cc5d.streamlock.net).

Steamlock hostnames for [streamlock.net](http://streamlock.net) created (or changed) after 1:15 AM MT today are not resolving in DNS. We are working on the issue.
