Hello there and welcome to the Wowza support forum.

Can you please provide more information about your stream?

For example, what is the source stream? IP camera? Flash Media Live Encoder?

What are the video and audio codecs of the stream? For iPhone it should be H264 video and AAC audio.

What is the playback URL you are trying to play on? An example for iPhone would be:

```auto
 http://[wowza-ip-address]:1935/live/myStream/playlist.m3u8[code]
Thank you and we look forward to hearing back with more information.
Salvadore
