# Stream Accedentially Switching Applications

Hi!
We had recently some customer Reports, that the livestream switches between Applications
We use an Edge/Origin configuration, some Wowzas are 4.4.1 and some 4.3.0.02
Is this a known Issue of a Certain Version or had some of you similar expiriences?

Hi Robert,
Wowza will not switch a stream from one application to another. If that is happening and it’s not happening at the source (e.g. publisher switching applications) then I’d recommend [opening a support ticket](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket) with us. Include a detailed description of what you are experiencing (including a zip of /conf and /logs from all nodes affected) and how to reproduce.
