# SSL problem

My hostname using streamlock is [542ace8c4abaa.streamlock.net](http://542ace8c4abaa.streamlock.net) and i’m using jwplayer 6.

Some computer cannot play video using rtmps url. i try access url [https://542ace8c4abaa.streamlock.net](https://542ace8c4abaa.streamlock.net) and get error ssl.

On another computer works fine.

I don’t know what is problem of some computer ( i 'm switch to rtmp then work fine on any computer) . i think problem of some computer is ssl error.

Pls help me to fix.
